Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting digital and marketing operations by turning data into insight, improving product information management practices, and helping cross‑functional teams drive forward on clear and prioritised initiatives. This role combines analytical thinking, process and project management savvy, and a digital‑focused continual learning mindset to help our teams improve decision agility, optimise processes, and enhance the customer experience across digital sales channels. This individual will collaborate with Market Management, Sales, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing teams to connect data to insight and be an advocate for process optimisation across projects and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical instincts, a tech‑savvy problem solver and a self‑starter who can bring organisation, clarity and insight to a range of marketing, marketing operations and product data initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Analyse internal and external data to identify market trends, opportunities, customer insight and competitive dynamics. Translate analysis into clear business narratives and insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI and Excel. Support cross‑functional teams with requests for data, insights, product content and digital assets. Coordinate updates and improvements within Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) environments. Support the creation, tagging, organisation and distribution of product information and assets for e‑commerce and customer needs. Manage and track cross‑functional work using light project management methodologies. Maintain visibility into project status, priorities, risks and hand‑offs to drive efficiency and process improvement. Participate in customer conversations as needed to clarify data requirements, timelines and deliverables. Have familiarity with ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle to support pricing and catalogue updates. Recommend process improvements and opportunities to simplify or modernise workflows across marketing operations and product data processes. Be familiar with enterprise‑ready AI methodologies, governance and tools to support process improvement initiatives and strategy. Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, data analysis or digital operations Strong project management and organisational skills Proven analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to analyse data, create visual data narratives and enable data‑driven decisions Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI or Tableau Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English Organisational Impact
