Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Instructional Designer to join our team on-site in Fresno, CA. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analyses, designing effective instructional materials, and developing training and curriculum solutions to enhance learning outcomes. This role includes managing learning management systems and working closely with faculty and staff to create engaging and accessible course content. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will ensure alignment with educational best practices and institutional objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Needs Analysis and assessing learning requirements to ensure optimized instructional solutions
Expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development techniques and methodologies
Experience in Training & Development, including creating engaging workshops and learning tools
Knowledge in Learning Management Systems and managing technology-enabled learning environments
Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in higher education or working within a learning and development environment is a plus
