Senior Living Community Relations Assistant

Responsibilities
Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
Schedules and conducts community tours.
Conducts prospect follow‑up calls, e‑mails, mailings, etc.
Assists with management of the community’s lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completion of calendar tasks, etc.
Serves as primary sales back‑up when CRD is out of the community.
Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
Orders marketing materials and supplies.
Assembles post‑tour brochures and move‑in paperwork packets.
Helps plan and coordinates marketing events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some post‑secondary education preferred.
Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.
At least 25 years of age to drive company vehicle.
At least one year of experience or training in sales or marketing (preferred).
Experience in senior living at least one year.
Physical Requirements This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
