Compensation & Bonuses
$20/hour (in-store)
$30 per qualified appointment (“Meet”)
Weekly Bonus Opportunities
Earn $30 for every qualified appointment generated
Weekly performance tracked through Friday at 12 PM (CT)
Monthly Bonus Opportunities
8+ Meets = $500 bonus
12+ Meets = $750 bonus
16+ Meets = $1,000 bonus
What You’ll Do
Engage with customers inside Home Improvement retail locations
Generate leads and set appointments for our services
Create a positive, welcoming experience for customers
Build strong relationships with store staff
Communicate regularly with your Program Manager
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
Strong communication skills
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to work
20–30 hours per week
Willingness to attend team meetings (virtual or in-person)

Requirements
Generate a minimum of
5 leads per week
Aim for at least
4 qualified appointments (“Meets”) weekly
Maintain consistent communication with your manager
Uphold a professional presence in-store at all times
Pass a Home Depot background check
