Responsibilities

Quote and close personal lines business, including auto, home, and related coverage

Manage your pipeline from first contact through renewal

Follow up consistently and keep business moving

Build client relationships that lead to retention and referrals

Grow your book through cross‑sell and account development

Operate within carrier and compliance guidelines using defined workflows and support tools

Requirements

Hold an active P&C license in FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH (resident or non‑resident)

Have real personal lines sales experience and a proven track record

Can manage their own activity, pipeline, and follow‑up without being prompted

Are comfortable working in digital systems for quoting, communication, and client management

Have a strong sense of ownership and put clients first in every interaction

Can self‑source leads and build them into long‑term relationships

Want real support and better systems — but have no interest in being micromanaged
