Overview
DIRECTOR OF SHARED SERVICES We are recruiting on behalf of a large, global company seeking a leader to build and scale a global Shared Services function. This Director of Shared Services will design and implement a centralized model supporting core finance operations across multiple systems and recently integrated businesses. The company offers a competitive compensation package, is in growth mode, and hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities
Stand up and lead a centralized Shared Services organization across multiple entities and platforms Oversee end-to-end finance operations including Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable), Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable, Cash Application), Payroll, and related processes Drive ERP and financial systems strategy, including implementations and integrations Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and service delivery standards Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a strong internal control environment Lead automation and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy Build and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation 10+ years of experience in shared services / finance operations leadership Proven track record building or transforming and/or building a Shared Services function Experience working with and implementing relevant systems (ERP, Coupa, Ariba, etc) Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and process governance Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in complex environments Exposure to automation tools and finance transformation initiatives Track record of career stability and progression Compensation and Benefits
Determining compensation for this role depends on factors including skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as organizational needs.
