Senior Director of Shared Services
We are now recruiting on behalf of a large, global company who is seeking a leader to build and scale a global Shared Services function. This Senior Director of Shared Services will design and implement a centralized model supporting core finance operations across multiple systems and recently integrated businesses. The company offers a competitive compensation package, is in growth mode, and hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities
Stand up and lead a centralized Shared Services organization across multiple entities and platforms
Oversee end-to-end finance operations including P2P, O2C, payroll, and related processes
Drive ERP and financial systems strategy, including implementations and integrations
Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and service delivery standards
Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a strong internal control environment
Lead automation and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
Build and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA designation
10+ years of experience in shared services / finance operations leadership
Proven track record building a Shared Services function (P2P, O2C, Payroll, etc)
Experience working with and implementing relevant systems (ERP, Coupa, Ariba, etc)
Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and process governance
Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in complex environments
Exposure to automation tools and finance transformation initiatives
Track record of career stability and progression
Compensation and Benefits Salary range is noted in this posting where required by local law. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
