Financial Shared Service Centre Director We are looking for our future Financial Shared Service Centre Director to lead and further develop our Financial Shared Services organization (BFS) within Group Finance. BFS plays a central role in delivering high‑quality, efficient finance services across the Group, including Accounts Receivable/Payable (O2C/P2P) and Accounting & reporting (R2R).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Billerud Financial Services organization

Ensure high quality, efficiency, and reliability in finance service delivery

Overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, and transactional finance processes

Ensure robust period‑end close processes and strong internal controls

Drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working

Act as a senior interface towards Group Finance and key business stakeholders across the company

Lead, coach, and develop the BF Steam

The position reports to the Vice President Group Finance. The role is based either in Gävle or Solna, Stockholm, and will require moderate travelling.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent

Solid leadership experience within a finance shared service centre, including responsibility for direct reports

Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, statutory reporting, and internal control frameworks

Experience from complex, preferably international organizations

Fluency in Swedish and English
