Position Overview The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results‑driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The role requires deep understanding of account‑based selling, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and a collaborative mindset to support cross‑functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts (HCP and office staff) at all levels.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in‑servicing of products to current and potential customers.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide patient education.
Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and achieving sales targets.
Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives.
Maintain the required call average with healthcare providers, focusing on top target customers.
Apply creative problem‑solving techniques to improve performance, and take calculated risks when needed.
Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
Achieve all sales performance goals and complete all administrative duties for the geographic assignment.
Current Territory Boundaries Territory boundaries are subject to change based on business need.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
At least 1 year of full‑time, documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Proven record of accomplishments in the market toward meeting established objectives.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, open communication, and inclusivity.
Well‑developed written and oral communication skills.
Ability to interact with HCPs in both face‑to‑face and virtual environments, and proficiency with technology.
Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
New product launch experience preferred.
Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in the preferred therapeutic area.
Must successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Experience Levels
Sales Specialist:
Minimum 1 year
Executive Sales Specialist:
Minimum 7 years
Travel Requirements Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel.

Salary Range The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $160,000, inclusive of geographical market factors, skills, education, and experience.

During the onboarding training period, the position is classified as non‑exempt and eligible for overtime under applicable law. Following completion of the onboarding period, the role is re‑classified as exempt and not eligible for overtime.
