
Client Relations Supervisor

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm has an immediate opening for an experienced, driven Client Relations Supervisor to join our dynamic law firm at our Houston Office. The Client Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the client service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. This role involves supervising daily operations, resolving escalated issues, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and hold sales team accountable to achieve targets and maintain high standards of service
Analyze and report daily, weekly, and monthly team metrics to management, addressing underperformance and implementing solutions
Drive sales conversions by supporting the team in closing sales, managing client interactions, and providing consistent follow-up
Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with management to boost team performance
Address client concerns with professionalism and emotional intelligence, guiding them toward retaining the firm’s services
Serve as the liaison between clients and legal teams, ensuring quality communication and addressing any client issues
Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to type 45 WPM or more.

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in customer service, client relations or strong sales.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective.
Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Physical Demands:
This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
The ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds.

Salary Range: $52K - $55K
