The Details Location: In person, College Station, TX Job Type: Full Time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
What Your Day Looks Like You’re a key part of the leasing experience — often the first and most consistent point of contact for prospective and current tenants.
Manage incoming leasing leads across multiple platforms
Schedule and coordinate property showings
Maintain accurate records and communication within the CRM
Respond promptly and professionally to calls, messages, and online inquiries
Support new tenants from application through move in
Keep property listings accurate, current, and appealing
Provide friendly, solution focused support to tenants and teammates
Are You the Right Fit? You’ll thrive at Tenant First if you bring:
High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service
Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
