Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Johnson City, TN. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage project schedules and budgets, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves leading on-site teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining high‑quality standards in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Construction Site Management, including oversight of materials, teams, and timelines
Strong knowledge of Construction Safety principles to ensure compliance and workplace safety standards
Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure projects align with financial constraints
Strong Project Management skills for coordinating team efforts, communications, and project delivery
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and communicate with stakeholders
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
Previous experience in industrial or commercial construction is a plus
