Commercial Escrow Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Old Republic Title as a Commercial Escrow Assistant in a hybrid role at our Minnetonka, MN location—and play a key role in supporting high‑impact commercial real estate transactions.

Location & Schedule Hybrid role with 3 days in‑office at our Minnetonka, MN location; Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for overtime as needed).

What You’ll Do

Support Escrow Officers in all aspects of commercial closings, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, coordinating wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.

Assist with opening, processing, and closing commercial refinance and sale transactions.

Coordinate with lenders, clients, realtors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Partner with underwriting staff and leadership on closing and post‑closing activities.

Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post‑closing escrow activities.

Handle transaction‑related accounting, including payments to agents, local offices, and booking fees.

Assist with title order placement and provide administrative support across the department.

Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of escrow experience (commercial experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset

Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

A positive, professional attitude and team‑oriented approach

Position's Pay Range 65,000 - 80,000 annually.
