
Transfer Agency Administrator- 2-4 month contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support a project involving the review and updating of investor tax documentation. Working closely with our external advisor and internal teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for updating investor information in our primary system, DealCloud, and maintaining accurate and compliant records in SharePoint.
This role is primarily focused on data entry and documentation management; however, there may be a requirement to support investor outreach. Experience in Transfer Agency (TA), FATCA/CRS, or investor onboarding will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Update investor information in DealCloud based on revised FATCA and CRS forms received from investors.
Ensure all updated tax forms are accurately filed and stored in SharePoint in line with internal procedures.
Review investor documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before inputting into the system.
Liaise with internal teams and external parties (including EY) as required.
Assist with investor outreach when additional information or updated tax forms are needed.
Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring all fields in DealCloud reflect the information provided on the tax forms.
Support the broader project team with administrative tasks related to the tax form remediation process.
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Experience in a Transfer Agency (TA) environment or exposure to investor onboarding.
Familiarity with FATCA and CRS investor tax forms.
Experience working with CRM or fund administration systems (DealCloud experience preferred).Prior experience in investor communication or client service roles.
