Job Scope:
Support organizational efficiency by helping implement, organize, and maintain internal digital solutions and shared platforms across departments. This role focuses on the structure, support, and functionality of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Forms. Primary Responsibilities
Support implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Forms. Structure and maintain departmental SharePoint environments, permissions, and shared resource libraries. Assist with troubleshooting user issues related to digital platforms and coordinate with IT when technical support is required. Support development and maintenance of digital forms, automation processes, and standardized workflows. Collaborate with the Digital Engagement Coordinator to provide staff training and develop quick-reference guides, tutorials, and documentation that support adoption of digital systems. Maintain organized digital libraries of templates, forms, and shared documents across internal platforms. Ensure digital information is structured and accessible across SharePoint and internal systems. Collaborate with the Marketing & Development Director and Digital Engagement Coordinator to identify and support digital tools that improve internal communication and engagement. Assist with digital logistics for internal initiatives including event registrations, QR codes, and online forms. Assist with user access, file structure, platform organization, and digital housekeeping across shared systems. Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational technology and workflow initiatives. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business Technology, Digital Operations, or related field. Experience working with Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Forms. Ability to organize digital systems, workflows, and shared resources. Experience providing staff training and support for digital platforms. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate across departments to improve operational workflows. Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm (30 – 35 hours/week) with some flexibility in scheduling. • $39,000.00 – $50,960.00. Depending on skills and qualifications. Benefits
