Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Process orders, manage returns, and handle exchanges with attention to detail. Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service. Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
