Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information about company services

Resolve customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Document customer interactions in internal systems

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures and communication guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
