Overview
Donor Relations Coordinator
— Location: Surprise, AZ. Pay Rate: $19.44/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt. Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings & weekends for events). Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Benevilla’s fundraising and development efforts. Coordinate donor communications, fundraising activities, and event logistics. Assist in ensuring smooth operations and donor engagement in collaboration with the Vice President of Donor Relations. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. 1-2 years experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database preferred. Proficient typing 55-70 wpm, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to prioritize deadlines and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a changing environment. Benefits
