Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
Scanning active personnel files and indexing them into the electronic personnel file system.
Maintaining accuracy and organization of electronic filing.
Collaborating with HR to ensure proper documentation and filing processes.
Assisting in the management of the file room within the administrative building.
Performing essential functions such as bending, squatting, reaching, standing, sitting, and reading as required.
Qualifications
Ability to use a laptop and willingness to learn scanning and indexing procedures.
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of electronic filing.
Previous office experience is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work hours determined between the candidate and HR, including options for 4 x 10’s or 8 x 5’s.
