Our fast-paced Real Estate Team is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Support Specialist to assist with the daily operations and help deliver exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the real estate field is helpful but not necessary, will train the right candidate.
Qualifications
Must be extremely organized and focused on attention to detail while being able to multitask on a daily basis, work independently and prioritize effectively.
Must have the ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technology, Adobe, Dropbox, Docusign and Microsoft Office
Must possess strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with managing listings and marketing materials along with pending transactions
Assist in coordinating property showings and inspections with professionalism
Assist with administrative tasks such as client communications, scheduling, data entry, maintaining property records, processing paperwork for listings and transactions, deliver lockboxes and property information such as flyers, etc.
