is seeking an experienced
HR Specialist
to provide expert-level support for Human Resources services within a fast-paced HR Service Center environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for supported HR functions, guiding and training team members while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of HR processes, ADA regulations, and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, along with experience in a service center or call center environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records to meet organizational and legal requirements Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes, tools, analyses, and reporting solutions Coach and train HR Service Center Coordinators to enhance service delivery and knowledge Analyze HR data and prepare reports to meet legal obligations and external agency requirements Serve as liaison with vendors and corporate partners to design, modify, and maintain HR systems and processes Ensure compliance with ADA regulations, LOA administration policies, and other HR standards Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Expert knowledge of supported HR functions within a Service Center environment Strong understanding of ADA regulations and hands-on Leave of Absence (LOA) administration Experience working in an HR Service Center or call center setting Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong data analysis and reporting skills Ability to coach, mentor, and train peers Ability to work tactfully and collaboratively with employees and HR colleagues at all levels Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required 2 years of Service Center or call center experience preferred Customer service experience preferred About Wheeler Staffing Partners
