Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners
is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Global Corporate Facilities to lead global workplace operations and administrative functions. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing facilities, office services, and administrative support teams across multiple locations while driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall workplace experience. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong business acumen, deep operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams and efficient, scalable workplace environments. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align workplace strategies with organizational goals and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Office Services & Operations Leadership Lead the global facilities and office services function, providing direction and oversight to facilities, administrative, and office operations teams across multiple locations Ensure consistent execution of office operations, administrative services, and workplace standards Foster a culture of efficiency, hospitality, collaboration, and innovation across all office environments Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor facilities leadership and administrative professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth Promote alignment, accountability, and consistency across all office locations Build and maintain a high-performing, service-oriented team culture Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to support onboarding, workspace readiness, and employee experience initiatives Collaborate with leadership to align workplace operations with business goals, culture, and brand standards Support business continuity planning and long-term workplace strategy initiatives Facilities, Real Estate & Expansion Support Support office expansions, relocations, and renovations in partnership with internal stakeholders and project teams Contribute to lease strategy and real estate planning through operational insights and site evaluations Collaborate on space planning and utilization strategies to support organizational growth Vendor & Budget Management Oversee vendor relationships, including contracts for maintenance, catering, cleaning, and workplace services Develop and manage budgets for facilities and administrative operations, ensuring cost control and efficiency Monitor vendor performance and service-level agreements to ensure quality delivery Technology & Process Improvement Leverage data and technology to improve space planning, reporting, and operational efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and workplace experience Drive standardization and scalability across global office operations
Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years of experience in facilities management, office services, or corporate operations Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site or global teams Proven experience leading and developing diverse teams across facilities, administrative, and operational functions Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements Demonstrated success in workplace operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field required Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, PMP) preferred Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong business acumen with the ability to align operations to organizational goals Experience collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and executive leadership Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Work Environment & Expectations Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Dallas, TX Regular, reliable onsite attendance is required and is an essential function of this role Ability to travel 10–20% as needed to support multiple office locations
