Peak is looking for Leasing Professionals to join our team at a 400+ unit property in Boulder Creek.
Qualifications
Enjoys customer service and working with the public.
Has leasing experience and solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Can demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge and apply product knowledge to customers’ needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
