Position Overview

We are seekinga highly organized, proactive, and communicative Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-tenant business complexandour existing Lake County storage facility. This individual will act as the primary liaison between ownership, tenants, vendors, and our brokerage team, ensuring the property runs efficiently, is well-maintained, and tenants' needs are met with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

Oversee daily operations for multiple properties (i.e.: maintenance, landscaping,common areas, etc.). Keep a close eye on building systems and jump in when things needfixing. Regularly inspect properties and make sureeverything’sup to standard. Overseeonsitemaintenanceemployeeto ensure all workincluding but not limited to, maintenance requests inside units,landscapingresponsibilities, snow removal,etc.) Brokerage & Leasing Support

Develop a fundamental understanding of the market dynamics (i.e.market lease rates, vacancy, competition, etc.). Work with our broker partners to keepnew prospectand renewalleasing efforts moving—show spaces, prep for tenants, and help close deals. Be the friendly face tenantson the property and over the phones. Handle move-ins, move-outs, and everything in between—including making sure units are ready to shine for new tenants. Coordinate accessforvendors, construction, or any special requests. Manage outside vendors and contractors—hire, supervise, and make sure they deliver. Keep contracts updated and performance high. Shop around for the best bids whenit'stime for upgrades or services. Assist FP&A in monthly reporting packages. Team up with accounting to prep annual budgets. Review invoices, track expenses, and help manage the property budget. Keep organized records—everything from repairs to tenant communication. Compliance & Risk Management

Make surewe’rein line with all codes, safety rules, and regulations. Identifypotential risks and work proactively to keep things safe and secure. Qualifications

5+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably in office or mixed-use settings. Proven experience managing staff and third-party vendors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on tenant service. Proficiencywith property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar). Experience inDoorloopis a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and timelines efficiently. Understanding of leaseterm, andvendor contracts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; CPM or RPA designation a plus. Organized and able to drive multiple projects at once. A positive and resilient attitude.
