Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives and partnering with Surge branches to drive business growth through impactful marketing materials and campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing materials for Surge branches, including print collateral, social media graphics, proposals, and presentations Assist in compiling and analyzing weekly performance reports Monitor and manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), including engagement and audience interaction Support the creation of internal marketing assets such as name tags, promotional graphics, and job fair materials Manage and grow the SurgeJobs Facebook group Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms including Google, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Facebook Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify and execute new marketing opportunities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred 1+ year of experience in a marketing or related role.
