Position Summary
We are looking for an interior design & marketing assistant to help us grow our brand by assisting our team with administrative, marketing, and customer service tasks. The role supports the management team under the supervision of the Business Manager, contributing to social media marketing, email design, upkeep of the interior design sample library, design presentations, and customer service.
This multi‑faced position offers the right candidate an opportunity to learn, grow, and influence our unique and inspiring interior design showroom. We hope to find someone with a love for design, marketing, and business to help launch the next phase of building our brand.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Create content for social media, including videos, reels, and posts.
Produce in‑store signage for upcoming sales and promotions.
Enter new product data into the POS system and eCommerce store.
Assist with interior design presentations by importing data and products into the design platform.
Maintain the samples library by removing discontinued products and pricing new items.
Greet customers and educate them about our products and services.
Occasionally work at the register to provide a positive customer experience.
Prepare product displays and sample boards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management and teammates.
Physical Requirements
Extensive standing and bending.
Lifting up to 20 lbs.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Experience with DIY and interior design projects.
Knowledge of Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
Video and reel editing skills.
Design sense.
Professionalism.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize while checking items off a list.
Additional Items to Note
Ability to work one weekend day.
Reliable transportation.
