Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements, supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.
Quick to learn new systems and apply updates to training.
Collaborates in multiple roles—facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
Proficient in hands‑on sandbox environments.
Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently.
Thrives in fast‑paced settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Apply critical thinking scenarios, making sure to weigh all options to ensure best possible outcome.

Location: Charlotte, NC - hybrid, must be in-office at least 3X per week
