As the
Maintenance Director
at Accel at Crystal Park, you will be responsible for ensuring that the building, equipment, and utilities are maintained in accordance with facility policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities
Facilitate a safe, comfortable, attractive, and well‑maintained environment.
Follow preventative maintenance programs for major equipment (HVAC, ice machines, plumbing, water heaters, and other equipment).
Perform repairs or replacements to equipment and the physical facility as necessary.
Oversee related vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain and monitor related budgets.
Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory codes and guidelines, including fire and life safety regulations.
Ensure that the property exterior is maintained, including monitoring landscaping and snow removal companies as needed.
Qualifications
Five years of experience in institutional maintenance.
Previous long‑term care/healthcare industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of long‑term care Life Safety Code requirements preferred.
Basic technology skills (computer, website, email, mobile phone usage) to facilitate communication and use of the TELS system.
General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and related systems.
Basic carpentry and hardware knowledge.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
Graduation from an appropriate technical/trade school preferred.
