Residential Remodeling Superintendent
Location:
East Valley (Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale)
Pay:
$35-$45+ per hour (based on experience) + overtime

Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team is a design-build company focused on high-end residential renovations across the East Valley. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple remodeling projects.
This is a field-based leadership role for someone who can manage schedules, coordinate trades, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality execution.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily jobsite operations across active remodeling projects
Develop and manage project schedules, including short-term look-aheads
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of work
Perform light hands‑on work when needed (finish carpentry, cabinets, punch items)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in occupied homes
Communicate directly with homeowners regarding progress and expectations
Track and document project updates using project management software
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Hands‑on carpentry skills, including finish and punch work
Ability to read plans and address field challenges efficiently
Experience working in occupied residential environments
Strong communication and coordination skillsFamiliarity with JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar platforms preferred
Valid driver's license required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $35 to $45, depending on experience
Overtime eligibility
