Business Development Representative

Verve Motion is building a world‑class team to commercialize wearable solutions that augment and protect industry workers across multiple verticals. Our lightweight, connected wearable system can be worn all day, everyday by industry associates to reduce fatigue, mitigate injury risk, and enhance performance.

Role

Engage and qualify leads from various marketing programs.

Utilize Value Based Sales Methodologies (BANT+ & MEDDPICC).

Communicate the value of Verve Motion to prospects.

Maintain accurate records and data hygiene within Salesforce.

Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns and programs.

Contribute to revenue and growth through deal closing.

Maintain consistent outreach metrics across phone, email, social media, and other channels each day.

Expand job knowledge and skill set through ongoing product and positioning training.

Represent Verve Motion professionally at all times, collaborating positively with internal resources and external customers.

Prioritize sales actions for each territory.

Use sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Gong efficiently.

Shadow sales team members on client calls and meetings to gain experience.

Prospect and qualify sales leads.

Strategize around key relationships within a high‑velocity pipeline; be comfortable demoing the product.

Show interest in building a career in outside sales and learning advanced methodologies.

Be a self‑starter who works alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to develop best practices.

Be an early‑career sales professional willing to grow in a fast‑paced, expanding company.

Learn quickly new software and technologies.

Understand and evaluate customer requirements.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Network well internally and externally.

Think critically and creatively.

Function effectively in a team environment and manage time and organization.

Exhibit a positive, can‑do attitude essential for success on the Verve Motion sales team.

Prior experience and/or training in a sales environment is a plus.
