What You'll Do
Take proactive action with the stakeholders of target construction projects to make technical proposals for the acceptance of our products
Perform construction drawing take offs and run provisional Tensar+ evaluations to identify value creation potential, including preparing and presenting Value Engineering (VE) proposals to potential clients
Track projects and follow up at key dates
Interact with field and distribution partners to secure successful sales outcomes
Direct the lead generation team
Expand sales network via outreach and digital engagement, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
Help field sales maintain account & contact information accuracy in CRM system
Achieve assigned sales targets
What You'll Need
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
2-3 years' experience in construction industry preferred
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
