Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing expert guidance on investment funds, specific account details, and a diverse range of financial products.
Process monetary transfers and complete complex administrative account updates using high-integrity, standardized processes.
Utilize modern virtual technology to understand unique investment needs and position appropriate financial solutions.
Qualifications
The ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, relatable, and professional manner.
A willingness to complete 4–6 weeks of intensive, expert‑led technical training with 100% attendance required for the initial phases.
A strong desire to master new software systems, virtual communication tools, and high‑speed digital workflows.
