Job Overview
The credit card team is looking for a blend of BA/PM. Card knowledge is more important than titles.
Responsibilities
Review all Mastercard and Visa bulletins, especially the April and October mandates
Manage bi-annual release projects to ensure compliance with changes for consumer credit cards
Act as PM/PO for Law and Order Agile team, supporting PI planning, managing the backlog, writing Epics and Deliverables, supporting daily standup meetings, approvals for deliverable items, coordinate between LOB and TSYS, coordinate with other TSYS Agile teams and coordinating testing.
Support LOB questions regarding issues or potential issues that arise, such as questions regarding Authorization Declines, looping Authorizations, reason codes, upcoming changes and LOB requests for changes or new functionality.
Provide SME support for testing and other questions as they arise
Manage other larger efforts such as 8 Digit BIN
Skills
Project manager, Jira, credit card processing software
Qualifications
Experience as a BA in a large enterprise environment
Strong understanding of credit card processing and regulatory requirements
Location / Work Type Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Hybrid workplace arrangement.
Compensation Pay range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
