Key Responsibilities
Lead the tokenization strategy to provide secure card usage options for customers Collaborate with Fraud teams to address spending roadblocks and enhance customer experience Develop self-service flows for replacement cards and improve card delivery processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Product Management role Experience in the credit card or financial services ecosystem, focusing on authorizations Knowledge of card processors and networks, such as TSYS and Visa Experience working with Fraud or Risk teams to ensure account safety Demonstrated ability to manage defined product areas and influence cross-functional initiatives
