Overview
A busy and growing immigration law practice in Tampa is seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with at least two years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage a high-volume caseload, and has strong writing and organizational skills. You will work closely with attorneys to prepare immigration filings, manage case documentation, and support clients throughout the legal process. Position

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
Monday – Friday | In-Office Key Responsibilities
Prepare and draft immigration filings including U Visa applications, PERM, and H-1B petitions Draft affidavits, legal memoranda, and supporting documentation for USCIS submissions Assist attorneys with case preparation and document collection Manage and track a high-volume caseload, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation needs, and next steps Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures Qualifications
Associate’s degree required Minimum 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience Experience handling high-volume caseloads Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on experience with U Visas, PERM, H-1B filings, and affidavits Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Preferred Qualifications
