Entry Immigration Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking excellent writers and entry level candidates eager to have a career as a paralegal! This entry level job would give the opportunity to join the immigration team at a prestigious law firm in Pittsburgh! The firm provides training and mentorship for entry level candidates with an interest in immigration law. Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area for the in-office work schedule.

A paralegal certificate is not required, however this is an excellent opportunity for someone who just completed a paralegal program.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration documents

Research on visa application procedures and requirements

Prepare and file petitions as well as RFE (Request For Evidence) responses

Draft/organize H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, I-140 and others

Assist with naturalizations, employment and family based green card applications

Oversee and mange caseload and client correspondence

Assist with case filing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Strong Attention To Detail

Strong Writing Abilities

Organized Individual

Strong Communication Skills

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.
