motivated, early-career Sales Engineer
to help drive new business and support existing accounts across advanced welding and hard-facing technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background and a few years of sales experience looking to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect and develop new business across OEMs and industrial customers
Support and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across the Eastern U.S.
Learn and execute the full sales cycle, from lead generation through close
Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Customer Service, Operations) to support customer needs
Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and basic forecasting
Attend trade shows and customer visits to build relationships and brand presence
Travel approximately 30–40% (primarily within the U.S.)
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred
4–6 years of professional experience, with at least some exposure to technical or industrial sales
Demonstrated ability or strong interest in hunting / new business development
Experience selling into OEMs or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a multi-step sales process
Eager to learn complex technical products (coatings or welding experience is a plus, but not required)
Self-starter with a competitive mindset and desire to grow in sales
