
Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Qualifications
Active driver's license
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification
Documentation of previous employment
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and a teamwork mindset
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
