StaffQuick is a full-service staffing agency with 23 branches located throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee. We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings. We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Salem, Illinois.
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate $18.50
Paid Time Off 7 Company Paid Holidays off
20 hours of PTO after 90 days of employment
20 hours of PTO after 6 months of employment

Job Duties
Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls.
Complete data entry in the database for new applicants and check-in's.
Organize and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents.
Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines.
Maintain weekly audits.
Job Requirements
Must have strong customer service skills.
Strong computer skills with minimum of 35 WPM.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and transportation
High School Diploma.
