
Customer Service Representative

Position Summary
Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.
The starting wage is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay. Paid time off and benefits become available after 30 days of employment.
Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00 am.

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal order.
Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
Input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
Document all conversations with client in the client information database.
Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients.
Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed.
Required Skills & Experience
High school degree or GED.
1 year of previous customer service experience.
Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Clear oral communication skills.
Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints.
Prior experience adhering to company policies and demonstrating core values.
Preferred Skills & Experience
1 year of previous call center experience.
Experience with an auto‑dialer, multi‑line phone system, and/or CRM systems.
Experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements
Repetitive motions that include wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Sedentary work primarily involving sitting and remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
