SENIOR ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER (M/W/D) – INDUSTRIAL SOFTWARE

Industrial digitalisation is entering a new phase:

Digital Twins and Asset Administration Shells (AAS) are becoming the foundation for interoperable systems and data-driven industrial processes. Neoception is among the few companies fully dedicated to this space. With our technology leading Software, we enable industrial companies to create and scale standardised digital twins.

To further expand our market presence, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who actively drives this topic into the industry.

This is not a traditional sales role within a fully established sales organisation. It is a role for someone who:

can sell complex, solution-oriented software

is passionate about industrial digitalization

takes ownership

and is motivated to help build a new technology market

Responsibility Overview You will be responsible for selling our software solution into the industrial sector — from initial outreach to contract closure. Typical deal sizes are around €50,000+, with consultative sales cycles requiring a solid understanding of industrial processes.

Enterprise Software Sales

Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end

Develop and close new customer projects

Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

Lead contract negotiations and closing

Market Development

Proactively approach and engage new industrial customers

Build relationships within target industries

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional networks

Leverage speaking opportunities and expert formats

Customer Onboarding Support

Following contract signature, you will support the early phase of the engagement to ensure a stable and successful implementation of our solution.

Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for individuals who:

Key Qualifications

Several years of experience in enterprise software licence sales

Experience in selling complex, solution-oriented software

Existing network of relevant (IT-)contacts in industrial customers

Confidence in communicating in English and German

A solid understanding of industrial digitalization / Industry 4.0

Helpful but Not Required Experience or exposure to topics such as Digital Twins, Interoperability, Data platforms, Asset Administration Shell
