Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Corporate Governance and Securities team, working closely with Finance, Investor Relations, and senior legal leadership. This role involves SEC filings, corporate recordkeeping, equity administration, and a variety of legal support tasks in a fast-paced public company environment. Responsibilities
Assist with SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Section 16 forms (3, 4, 5), proxy statements, and related disclosures Support international securities and exchange filings Maintain corporate records and governance documents, including board materials, minutes, and consents Assist with equity plan documentation and grant approvals Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and memos Provide litigation support, including document collection, organization, and coordination with external counsel Support legal operations initiatives and special projects Draft and review commercial contracts and NDAs under attorney supervision Manage timelines and project plans for corporate and securities deliverables
