Traveling Superintendent - Senior Living & Healthcare Construction
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
Responsibilities Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design, construction, and quality meet or exceed project goals. Initially oversee a large senior living facility in Chicago, then manage projects in Ohio or Tennessee.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent; Senior Living facility experience is required.
Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
