SkyWater has been engaged by a growing, mission-driven life sciences company in central Minnesota — with a global footprint — and is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to its business and executive leadership team. This is not a reporting or data analytics role: you will shape enterprise technology initiatives, translate business strategy into actionable solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor from the frontline to the C-suite. Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a technology backlog aligned to business strategy Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through adoption Partner with technical teams, vendors, and consultants on enterprise platforms Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive meaningful change What Sets This Apart
