Accountabilities
Partner with business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize system requirements
Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Document business requirements and functional specifications
Evaluate software solutions for alignment with business objectives
Drive functional and technical design across systems
Support system implementations and upgrades
Coordinate system integrations and reporting solutions
Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate across departments to deliver system solutions
Develop project plans and deliverables for system initiatives
Facilitate end‑user reviews and stakeholder sessions
Create and maintain technical documentation
Develop training materials and support end‑user training
Mentor junior team members and foster best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a retail environment
Experience with PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
Familiarity with cloud‑based PLM platforms
Experience with Oracle Retail Suite is preferred
Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
Proficient in gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
