A company is looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interviews and workshops to document current and future-state processes Translate business objectives into actionable artifacts and drive consensus among stakeholders Support enterprise CRM implementations and prepare executive-level presentations
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments Strong CRM functional and technical analysis experience Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM implementations Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
