Job Overview Assists students in all aspects of applying for and receiving Title IV Federal Financial Aid and Scholarships according to the mandates established by the Department of Education and State of Utah scholarship rules. Ensures that the University is in compliance with regard to the administration of the Title IV Program and processes, to avoid liabilities that may be imposed on the University by the Department of Education for noncompliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
One year full‑time college employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, or enrollment services, administrative experience or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements Physical Activity: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction, operating, activating, using, preparing, inspecting, placing, detecting, or positioning. Expressing or exchanging ideas. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately or quickly. Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance.
Physical Requirements: Light work. Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work.
Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
