Field Service Representative

This service-oriented role focuses on retaining large customers through preventative maintenance, chemical wet testing, and ongoing upgrade and service work on existing and new chemical feed and monitoring systems in power plants, including nuclear power plants. Key Responsibilities

Deliver expert service and support for cooling, boiler, and wastewater systems Provide technical support and, when needed, escalations on complex challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote best practices Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures Execute required chemistry tests, log, report data, and maintain product inventories at customer accounts Support Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans Identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating as required Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer accounts Position Details

Flexible location; Greater Chicagoland western suburbs preferred – territory covers ~150 mile radius in Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and Eastern Iowa Approximately 10‑20% overnight travel; 2‑3 days per week in Rockford, IL; remaining days in Eastern IA, Southern WI, and Northern IL Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or trade school certification Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to operate a company vehicle – pre‑employment and ongoing motor-vehicle record checks will be conducted for eligibility Physical Requirements
