Coast to Coast Events is hiring an Entry Level Business Development Representative to support our growing AT&T Business campaign in the New Orleans area.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building hands‑on experience in business development, client relations, sales strategy, and leadership. In this role, you’ll work directly with small to mid‑sized businesses to introduce AT&T’s business products and services, build relationships with decision‑makers, and help drive new customer acquisition.

At Coast to Coast Events, we provide in‑house training, daily mentorship, and a team‑oriented environment designed to help motivated individuals grow professionally and advance based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Meet directly with local business owners and key decision‑makers

Present AT&T Business products and services, including wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions

Build strong client relationships through face‑to‑face interactions

Learn and apply business development and sales strategies in a professional environment

Track client interactions and maintain accurate records

Work closely with team leaders to meet campaign and performance goals

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, motivated, and coachable mindset

Interest in business, sales, marketing, communications, or client‑facing work

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Leadership experience through internships, athletics, student organizations, campus involvement, or previous work experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
