The Babylon Group is hiring an AT&T Sales Representative to support our sales team in providing telecommunication solutions to the San Antonio, TX area. We combined traditional marketing principles with modern innovations, producing strategies built on concepts that prove to be successful but tailored to address today’s market. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll work directly with a variety of customers, identifying opportunities and closing deals on AT&T products and services that make sense for their needs. Key Tasks & Duties of an AT&T Sales Representative: The ideal AT&T Sales Representative will proactively identify and look for new sales opportunities and customers by showcasing AT&T’s comprehensive suite of products and services. Develop and create authentic community outreach strategies that engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty. An effective AT&T Sales Representative will take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to final account setup and order completion. Reach or go beyond established sales targets through dedicated face-to-face engagements with prospective customers. Diligently monitor and document sales activities and performance to ensure accurate and transparent reporting. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will assess each customer's pain points and match them with the right AT&T solution. Participate in company-provided learning resources to elevate your communication skills and sales acumen. Key Competencies of an AT&T Sales Representative: Has the ability to proactively engage and talk with a diverse range of customers. Prior professional or educational sales and business management experience is not a prerequisite for the AT&T Sales Representative position. Strong verbal communication skills.
